Since its first edition in 2023, the CASIC Forum has served as a platform for international dialogue and cooperation, bringing together representatives from international organisations, government authorities, industry associations, automotive companies and research institutions. The Forum facilitates exchanges on automotive industry developments, international standards and regulations, and emerging technologies, fostering closer communication and cooperation among stakeholders from China and around the world.
As the global automotive industry continues its transition towards electrification, intelligent technologies and connectivity, the development and deployment of intelligent connected vehicles present both opportunities and regulatory challenges. Strengthening international dialogue, promoting regulatory alignment and bridging the gap between technological innovation and regulatory frameworks have become increasingly important priorities for the automotive sector.
This year's Forum will feature keynote speeches, thematic presentations and discussions addressing developments in international standards and regulations for intelligent connected vehicles, regulatory cooperation and practical challenges related to industrial deployment. It will provide opportunities for international organisations, policymakers and industry representatives to exchange perspectives, share experiences and explore areas for further cooperation.
Guided by its principles of Openness, Cooperation, Integration and Contribution, CASIC Geneva remains committed to facilitating dialogue between the Chinese automotive industry and international stakeholders.
